I have been practicing massage since 1998. In the early years of my practice I wanted to learn as many modalities as possible, but realized I was becoming a jack-of-all-trades and a master of none. As I have evolved I have come to the realization that most issues can be taken care of with Bowenwork and/or Lymph Drainage Therapy. I also do regular massage therapy because it just plain feels good, and that, in and of itself, can be so therapeutic.

Bowenwork

It is a non-invasive, soft-tissue technique that resets dysfunctional tension patterns in the body, giving it the information it needs to heal itself. Massage

I do not do one hour full-body massages. It takes me one hour and 40 minutes because I am detail oriented. If you would like a one hour massage you need to tell me which areas you would like me to work on. A typical combination is neck, back and shoulders. Read More...
